Sick

Last weekend the holidays have ended. Too bad..
Finally i have had a nice skiing weekend.
Actually it would suck for most people.. It was foggy ( visibility around 20-25 meters ) on the first two days. It was possible to see maybe about 3 seconds in front of you.
Some people might hate it, but it added something to the adrenalin, especially the first few runs.. A sample of my thoughts..
"Ok i am skiing... going good... oops didn't see this jump coming.. luckily didn't fall.. see. big orange thing coming.. oh, it's a snow gun. Wait, it's on my left.. shouldn't it be on my right.. oh what's that other thing coming towards me... aha .. it seems like... a FENCE ! Turn left, NOW !!!... phiu that was close.... WOW ! that was a bloody BIG jump ! ... "

The good thing is you couldn't see many people on the track ( the fog obviously ), so it gave you a false feeling you can drive fast and don't need to avoid anyone... that's not completely true.. and suddenly you start seeing black dots becoming bigger and bigger.. also you don't know exactly where the ski ground stops.
Anyways it was fun !

Other than that, i got sick a couple days later. I had a sore throat and said whatever went to classes ( had an exam) but in the middle of the morning i started shaking and feeling freezing cold, so i went home. After that i had about 60 hours of fever, soar throat, headaches and using massive amounts of tissues without any help. I still have mild symptoms, but feel so grateful the worse is over.

Tomorrow is a new day. Enjoy it, wherever you are.
