As Herman has posted some news info how some people simply adore Norway i decided to point out an eternal Slovenia / Slovakia mix up. A LOT of people make these kinds of mistakes, since the countries names are similar and so are their flags. Locations are quite close as well..
Anyways, there is this news reporter who moved in Slovenia approx 2. years ago and he has managed to find a whole category of these mix ups.
Some of them made by some serious and influential publications..

well about the languages, i guess people cannot know and might not understand the difference in written language. But.. Sure, the capitals..i mean, daaaaa..
