One per month, ha ?

Today I thought of writing an entry here and realised it's exactly one month since I have written the previous one. I guess 1 per month is maximum my current laziness allows me.

Well much has changed in 1 month. For one (and I guess most significant change) we are not together any more with Živa. We broke up recently. While I am not going to go into details here, I can say that I in some sense understand and agree with her reasoning but on the other hand I simply cannot. Despite the fact we haven't been together for a long time It still felt pretty bad for some time. Hanging out with some people (unaware of my current emotional state therefore not trying to encourage/comfort/cheer me up - I really hate when people try to do that ) in good mood and celebrating some birthdays has slightly improved my mood.
As usually hitch-hiking has proven itself to be the best cure ( yet again ). I have chatted with completely unknown people about random stuff and felt much much better. The sun was shining and I realised there is more to life than the pain I felt that moment. It calmed me down (so I guess I will probably OK, before I manage to produce another one of these posts).
On the last part of my hitch-hiking journey a friend has pressed a horn repeatedly, so I noticed him and sat in the drivers' seat, because the back of the car has been filled with plastic bags and different kinds of other stuff. When the driver returned he said - you drive. So I drove myself home with Ford Focus Diesel with 130 HP. That was pretty sweet.

Other than that, the stock market has crashed in Slovenia ( as everywhere else ). This means I have lost quite some money (about 17 % of my total assets since 1st of January). Not like I really care that much right now ( have other things in my head right now ). The thing that bothers me is that I have 0 ( zero ) money to buy new stock and actually make some money one day. Oh, well.. not everything can be perfect.

Also, I am taking note of Democratic party's presidential primary elections. My bet is on Barack Obama. What about yours ? I guess everything will be known in two weeks time.

We have exams period right now ( no classes ) and since I don't really study I manage to find time for different kinds of stupidities and time consumers like this one. Next week will be a bit different, however

Better late than never

It seems i have gotten in the mood of posting something every two months or so...
It's only because so many things happen and i want to write about them all in detail. After one hour of wasted time behind computer i slowly realize i don't have enough time to write the entry properly and it's late in the night and i need to get some sleep... so i postpone... and then it only gets worse because even more things happen during the time of idling, even more things happen, even more to write, more possible excuses for me.. It's a vicious circle and it seems i manage to stop the habit about every two months or so ( does it coincide with breaks by coincidence, i wonder... )

Here i started to write some thoughts about the meaning of new year and new year resolutions but i have managed to catch myself at doing it and delete it. If i wouldn't do that, i would probably die of hunger and lack of sleep behind the keyboard ( phu, that was a close one :p)

So, yeah, what's happened since November 8th ?
I celebrated my birthday. Unsurprisingly nobody threw me in the fjord this time. Don't worry about me. I am not becoming a pussy here. I have been in Rakov Škocjan (check out the 3rd picture, there is some water on the right bottom part of the picture - there i was :D) in the last week of November, so i have been swimming in cold water practically every month of this year (besides december - so i can still do that one and february).
I am still showing no sign of the end of hitchhiking, despite the cold and relatively short days. In fact, hitchhiking has once again proven itself to be a marvelous form of transportation, generously offering numerous presents and prizes to anyone willing to see and accept them.
Manny great / funny / interesting / absurd things have happened to me ( in fact i could say one happens about every week or so ), but due to size of my memory capacity and laziness i will describe only one, which has had the biggest impact on my life.
I have met this girl who studies biology, we talked about different things and during the 20 minutes ride she managed to convince me to apply (last minute of course, what would it have been otherwise ?) to this biologist field weekend about deer (the fact i was a member of seren ( what an awkward name for environmental service indeed) , helped here). We have done a number of interesting things there ( the above mentioned swimming in Rakov Škocjan was one of them [ well, actually i was the only one insane enough to do it, and the organizers have actually awarded me with a pack of uno cards, so here is a tip - always take a traveling towel with yourself ]. I have managed to meet a lot of interesting people, but most importantly i have met Živa ( which is translatable as "alive" ), this really really nice girl, i made a quick decision and soon it's going to be one month since we have started dating.
I guess i don't need to mention how incredibly happy i am because of that, and i get happier with every passing day. I hope the trend continues. She really is something special. But i really must stop now, otherwise it will take too much time. You must be aware of the fact that i am mostly reliving the events i write about, so it takes quite a bit longer than it seem

Despite that i feel happy and perfect seems depressing compared to how i feel right now, there is one thing, which i thought of last week. I have had a dinner with my ex classmates from my high school. ( it works like this every year in June a picnic, every year in December a dinner ). It's been fun to site all the faces and chat a little bit, but at the same time i have realized i haven't seen a single RCNUWC person for more than 6 months. The last person i saw was Katka in April. That is kind of sad, especially considering almost all of us hang around this tiny little piece of land called Europe. ( BTW, does anyone know if xaingming has managed to get his passport yet ?)

I am going to pretty busy throughout 2008, cause i am hoping to finish my studies by September 2008. Usually people need 5 years to finish their studies ( one year is for the exams from the past and the experimental work + thesis ) and i am trying to squeeze it into 4 years. So it's going to get a little bit stressed.
This year i have been to Mexico & Guatemala in September, but if your offer still stands (meaning you still have that possibility) it would be very much cool if i could visit you in the end of September @ LSE.

little update

As of now it's certain i am not getting to Algeria this year. On the other hand i must ask myself, would it be even smart to go ? Sure it would have been a hell of a adventure, but according to every tourist guide it's quite dangerous there. Keeping in mind there was a suicide bombing in algeris this April, killing 33 and injuring more than 200. So i am in some sense happy i am not going.
I decided this year has come to enjoy and spend some money, so i am definetly going somewhere. As of now Mexico seems most probable location. A friend of mine found a round ticket for ~ 380 € from Munich. If i can get a hold of that one there is no question about it, i am going. Otherwise i am not certain.
I have been to the seaside, enjoyed it a lot.
And it has happened.
i was going to post something, something meaningful and maybe even interesting and yet again i have been chatting for 1 hours over MSN right until now, i am going to the cinema..

Jogging

I guess i got pretty bored, but i decided to start jogging about a month ago. Of course i am way too lazy, i just do it when i feel like it, so it looks something like this: jogging for 3 days and then nothing for a week. Repeat as needed.
I have this standard route i take. It goes through the forest and through the fields, it's really nice. It's a bit varied with two instanced of uphill running ( not too long, though, otherwise i would have given up ) and some pathless areas, which makes it all more interesting.
Anyways, i have been running against the time, just to make it more interesting. I like to get myself a good run. It's kinda cool when you get a bit tired and you say to yourself, ok i need to stop, but actually you don't and you can keep on running, only if you wish to.
Well, i broke my personal best and now it stands at 24:43.62


When i started running it has been a bit above 30 minutes. So i have made quite some progress. This makes me feel quite satisfied with myself.

So it's been good so far.

As you might have read, i have set myself a goal for this summer, to get my lazy ass out of this stinking and old Europe ;). I decided for Algeria, cause i think it's kind of cool country. I have read a little about it, i liked what i heard and the decision was made.
Unfortunatelyi couldn't find anyone to go with me. People were either out of cash, or lazy non-adventurous slackers, or non-adventurous hard working freaks planning to work the whole summer earning money ( guess they haven't figured out summer is about spending, not earning ) or adventurous people already have their destination in place and it's certainly not Algeria. For a moment there has been a glimpse of hope as one friend offered her to go, but then changed her mind due to school work ( read: diploma to write ).
After that i have been trying, asking people around, but couldn't really find anyone at all. Although i am generally very independent emotionally and don't have problems changing environment people around me, i would still prefer some company, it's just much more fun this way. People there don't speak English (only bloody French), so if you have someone you can chat and support each other in your crazy ideas. So i chose not to travel alone at all. But still, there was just simply no one to come with me.
As all got dark and gloom and it seemed like i am definitely not going anywhere this year, a guy i know gave me a hint to post an offer on this website, backpacking people read. And voila, in 2 days i got an answer. So now there is hope again !
From the response i think it might just work out.

You gotta be kidding me. Oh, and in addition to that i forgot my umbrella in Ljubljana ( I learned from the experience a year ago, and now i have a backup at home ).
Fortunately it will stop raining tomorrow...

Done with exams

Well, i am finally done with my exams. This last exam has been dragging on for almost a month. It really started getting on my nerves, so i decided to ignore untill yeserday at 10 pm ( yes, i haven't slept enough yet again, so i have been sleepy the whole day and left work early - another yet again :p).
Anyways, it's been a really strange feeling studying for this exam as the professor hasn't really explained things into depth but rather width, so i didn't feel like really getting into the subject and understanding but just read through it. It turned out all right though. It's been kinda funny sitting there ( 4 people had an oral examination simultaneously), everybody was so chilled, just as if i went for a drink with a couple of friends. A lovely feeling.
So now what ? Well, i guess i should go partying. But it doesn't make any sense, cause there would be no change in my life style. I am going out, having fun more than ever. I am doing different kinds of stuff, ranging from doing crazy stuff like swimming in cold water in the middle of the night ( imitation of the night fjord jumps ;), going to the cinema ( yeah, i actually do support the film industry, and i am proud of it. I go to the cinema at least 3 - 4 times for 1 movie i download to my computer and watch it there. I think this has become quite rare in the era when even in Slovenia broadband is becoming prevalent choice for internet connection.)

Oh, my cousin got married this Saturday. Apparently a lot of couples did, since it's 07/07/07 - three 7, should get you luck or something.. My comment to that is, thank God it's not 06/06/06, cause in that case it would be the end of the world :) ( although i did actually have a very difficult exam on that day).
Anyways, the wedding was lot's of fun. It was a bit of stressful ( not really ) when we had to catch this piece of cloth. The (un)lucky person who manages to catches it is supposed to marry next. Fortunately it wasn't me. But this has been the first of my cousins to get married, which reminded me i will be next at some point in the future. That's not so good, as i really don't want to get married in the next couple of years.

But we will see, how it goes, things change rapidly.

Travian

I have found this game, called Travian. (http://travian.com/). It's a browser based game, so you don't need to install anything. (which also makes it perfectly cross platform - works under Linux :) ).
It's a tactical game - you are in command of a tribe - Romans, Galls or Teutons.
You need to build up resources, build buildings, train your solders and fight your enemies.
In the beginning (first two or three days) it's just endless waiting to get enough resources

Fast drive

Today i managed to get home in less than 30 minutes ( hitchiking ) - 37 km.
Pretty damn good, ha ?

Fjord jumping.

One of the best things at RCNUWC was the fjord-jumping, the daily or at least weekly ( not in january, and february though) dose of adrenalin.
Obviously doing these things is extremely cool, so when coming back home, i thought of a challenges, which we have had organized within our youth club to compensate for the lack of fjord jumping ;).
Now that activity has more or less ended, i have somehow managed to return back to the source. Of course there is a minor annoyance ( read: lack of fjords ), but fortunately there are different kinds of rivers, streams available for use (chilled to something between 5 to 13 degrees Celsius). :)
There is however, no appropriate water close to where i live ( closest is 11 km away ), which makes an aftershower an impossibility. Bummer.

I have also changed my style - back at RCN it was, jumping, staying in water for 5-10 seconds, climbing up, jumping again... 2,3,4, or even more times (23?) and then finally leaving to warm up freezing body. But now, it's jumping only once then waiting in the water until the temperature of your skin and the surrounding water are the same, and you don't feel cold anymore. Now is time to enjoy, chill out, or swim a couple of meters. After you start feeling cold from the inside it's about the time to get the hell out of there.
To add to the adrenalin side, these occasions mainly occur during the night.
Anyways, it's fun. You absolutely have to try it out sometime. You'll become addicted.

Speaking of fjord jumping, i found this CAS entry regarding fjord jumping, written by Matt. He sent it to me about 2 years ago ( damn, the time flies ). I had a harddrive failure and thought it was lost forever.
Yesterday i found it by chance, whilst scanning through my USB pen. That just made my day. Seriously, it's the best english written stuff, i have read. Ever.

Summarise what you did in this activity and how you interacted with others.

This activity is called ‘fjord-jumping’. It involves jumping into fjords at all times of the day and the night whenever you get the urge. There is a lot of interaction between male and female students as we see who can jump the most times and the furthest or from the greatest height. There is also a lot of interaction with the rest of the student village, as we have to walk the streets to get to and from the traditional fjord-jumping platform by the boathouse, so we occasionally take the opportunity to do some recruiting. In addition, our war cries can quite often be heard from the houses as we attempt to shout the loudest and come up with the most bestest one-liner. You can shout in your own language as long as it sounds cool, or even better: you can jump at the same time as any number of your fellow countrymen, raucously shouting out the name of your beloved homeland together as you do so. You gain more respect the higher the percentage representation of your country, although sometimes, when we feel like exercising some international understanding, we merge the names of all the countries represented into one (genius), and jump and scream them all at once. These occasions are most joyous.

Explain what you hoped to accomplish through this activity.

Through the noble art of fjord-jumping followers hope to reach a refreshing state of affinity with the water, a kinship, almost an attraction; they seek oneness. What is better than leaping out into nothingness and getting some major kick-ass air with your pals; being suspended over the unsuspecting water; framed by a dazzling sunset? It’s about pushing oneself to one’s limits and then stopping and going and having a really hot shower that feels like it’s lukewarm but in actuality is very hot although you can’t feel it and then oh it burns. And basically we’re all just up for a bit of a laugh and avoiding doing college work.

How successful were you in achieving yours goals? What difficulties did you encounter and how did you overcome them?

I believe we achieved and will go on achieving all of the goals mentioned in the mission statement on page one of the 2004 ‘Fjordon bleu’ fjord-jumper’s almanac, and that the difficulties we encounter just make things all that more fun. An example of a potential problem is that of weak swimmers wanting to jump. If they do so we always make sure they are flanked either side by two strong swimmers and that various life aids are available. Furthermore, we guarantee that every jumper about to jump has immediate access to a helper-upper piece of apparatus such as a ladder or wooden steps at the side of the platform so that no one need be subjected for too long to… The temperature of the water, although contributing to the extreme sport side of things is also a bit of a bummer. On the side we always have an abundance of towels and check the boathouse is open so that we can use the shower and revive certain parts of the body, like the nose, as soon as possible. We don’t generally jump in when there is ice. That would just be silly.

What did you learn about yourself and others through this activity?

Through the martial arts discipline of fjord-jumping I have learnt that everyone has at least a tiny bit of insania inside him or her and that it’s just a matter of bringing it out in a controlled manner. Although I have learnt that it is not clever to run very fast on a wet/snow covered platform I have also learnt that in some cases it is a good thing to be spontaneous and do things on the spur of a random moment. Sometimes it is best to stop trying to work and chill out and clear your head with a splash of water. Then perhaps when you return to your work you will be more productive and focused; happier, even if people tell you you’re a mentalist. But you’re not; you’re a hardcore leg-end. You know it.

Did anyone help you to think about your learning during this activity? If so, who helped and how did they help?

Last year, my most regular fjord-jumping partner was none other than my roommate Andrej (Jedi master, level 14) from Slovenia. He taught me many things. He taught, leading by example, how to run on stones without squealing like a girl, and that one should always wear a hat when journeying to and from a jump because the head is very efficient at losing heat. And he always let me shower first, which was very kind of him. The notion of room showers was brought up, but it was decided that this was taking integration too far. Together, we broke records and some of the records we broke were ones we set ourselves. And sometimes people broke our records, and sometimes their own records, and sometimes, people set their own. Best of all, we just did something great, something a little bit crazy, at the same time realising that it isn’t about being the greatest or the craziest, it’s about flinging everything else aside and breaking out when you need to, how ever much you need to. So jump on. Respect.

Rush

I feel really sleepy, and it's not even 11 p.m. How sick is that, ha ?
It's been a really long day. Firstly off, the site which i am working on has been suspended for excessive CPU usage. Ain't that just fantastic. According to my hosting company a certain script named "modules.php" is to blame. The thing is that really i don't see any problems with the code, nor do the people where i posted it on the forum. ( you see, if the code was written improperly then under certain conditions the script would crash or go into infinite loop or something and CPU usage would spike ).
So there is no problem with the script itself. I think it's some other script, but i don't know which. Which means i can't fix it even if i knew exactly how to do it ( my coding skills are limited ).
Other problem is this script is one of the essential for the whole page, so i cannot simply ignore it. Now i need to either delete the script or switch to semi-dedicated hosting, which is over my budget. Note that i am not going to mention the hosting company, cause i don't really think they are to be blamed and don't want to make bad publicity (even though not many people will actually read this, but a principle is a principle).
So basically now i am sort of a screwed. I guess i will figure something out.


In the happy news section i have only one more exam left and i am done ! :). This is absolutely fantastic !

Also i broke my working record today - 13 hours and 12 minutes it was - thank God i work behind a computer and my eyes don't complain :)

You guys sure, nobody wants to go to Algeria. Cause if not i will be "forced" to go backpacking with a friend of mine, Tomaž, who cannot afford the plane ticket to Algeria right now.

Other than that i invest in mutual funds a bit, and they jumped for a bit more than 1 % in average. So that's good. Keep it coming :)

Passport - Algeria ?

I have managed to find my passport ( by pure coincidence, that is ). I realized it expired about a month ago, so now i need to get a new one. I will be forced to get a biometric password. Another great achievement for total control.

I want to travell somewhere out of Europe this year. I've been looking into Algeria. I would just like to have someone traveling with me, but nobody has the time and/or money.
It costs 460 € to get to Algiers, the capital of Algeria ( from Slovenia, i guess it's cheaper elsewhere) . Then i plan to wonder around through the mountains and the Sahara desert - adventurous style. Probably rent a car ( or a camel ? - just kidding :) )Is anyone up to it ? Date of departure - about 7th of August. I expect it to last for 3 weeks.
I expect it to cost about 1000 € in total.

So to summarize : mail me, bitches ( or comment, at least ) ;)

Cherry tree war

I have this cherry tree growing in front of my window. It's very nice cause it offers me shade in the summer, so it doesn't get too hot in the room.
In the winter the leaves fall down, so i get the sunshine it. Very nice!
Another benefit is that I am able to open the window and eat cherries. As every year, however there are masses of birds who attempt to do the same ( eat my cherries ).
I need to think of a clever idea how to get them away. My brother suggested shooting them. Of course i rejected the idea instantly. I realized that hitting the window,or creating other unusual sounds scares them off, but they start coming back in less than 1 minute and in theory i am trying to study, so hearing this sound every minute would be disturbing and impractical.


Anyone has any ideas ?

Today a friend of mine, practically my neighbor has been killed in a traffic accident. She was 18 years old. Apparently the road was slippery, so they were thrown out of the turn on the opposite lane, right under the heavy truck driving on the other side of the road. One other 19 old girl is dead as well, 3 boys who were lucky enough to seat at the back are going to be OK, it seems.
That sux.
Big time.

Some people are there and then in a split second they are just gone. How fast can life change....

Well

I decided i will try to post to this blog somehow more often. ( like maybe once per week ). I am just wondering for how long will i manage to keep up with this ? A week or maybe even two ? :p Oh, i realised this new firefox extension does improve my spelling over the time, cause it constantly reminds me of my mistakes. That's good.
So what up ?

Well, last week i have lived pretty much inspired by an issue of United World I received in my mailbox. Lots of people are doing very exciting things ! Nice. I felt a bit bad not contributing remotely as much as some people mentioned out there. But i guess the same goes for majority % of the UWC graduates of my age.
And compulsory nostalgia of the good old RCNUWC times was in my mind as well, of course. But it didn't last very long, cause i was too busy to just sit and think / daydream / whatever.

Today we had this event called Veter v laseh - s športom proti drogi - which means "wind in the hair - sport against drugs ( obviously such as alcohol, tobacco, etc.. and not medicines).
I participated in volleyball ( i can actually play volleyball acceptably - sounds shocking, ha ? ;) ). Our team managed to secure spot number 4 (out of 5 participants that is). It was fun, yelling on the other players or cheering together with them, when we finally managed to get a good move together ( or score, that is.. )
It sort of reminded me of the times when we used to play Age of Empires II - The Conquerors expansion in FH102. We had a couple of games with Herman, Javlon, Patrick and me vs. 4 hardest computers. We played this scenario with water in the center and Javlon and Herman were supposed to take out their navy, while Patrick and I were bleeding on the borders ( of course we also got some help from our comrades ). The computer logic is made so it attacks the player with most points. That happened to be me. I had a castle and during fierce fighting it was destroyed so my base lost basic protection and i had no place to lure the enemy units to. Finally i managed to build another castle , with proper defense, only to be taken out by enemy canon galleons. I remember i was quite nervous ( and so were the others ) so there was quite a bit of yelling. I managed to rebuild yet again ( got some decisive help from Herman's Viking elite units (berserker) and Patrick's paladins, don't remember what Javlon's unit of choice was, though.) (The good thing was i outsourced my food and lumber production in the early stage of the game ). Finally we managed to push them back step by step and we turned out to be victorious after 3 hours of playing or so.

And now ?

Well, age of empires doesn't work on linux -that sux. Well it kinda does under wine, but it's incredibly slow. (it does seem to improve slowly, though). Some people have managed to fix that a bit, but for now i stick with Tremulous. It's a first person shooter with some elements of real time strategy. It's aliens vs. humans. Aliens can evolve and humans can buy better weapons. Whoever destroys enemies base, wins. Try it out if you want to. It's free and open source. I usually play on Planeta Moscow server- but i play maybe 2 hours per week, so you don't really stand much chance finding be, but it's a possibility nevertheless..

I talked to xiangming some time ago and he said, he can only renew his passwoerd in China, which means he would need to go to China and then wait there for a month or so, untill all the bureaucratic stuff is done. The thing is he doesn't have either financial resources nor time to do that this summer.
So i guess it will have to be without xiangming. ( unless we win the lottery and go to the US.)

p.s. It's funny. I came to the word bureaucratic and i know i couldn't spell it properly ( now i might put some effort in remembering the spelling ). Anyways, i wrote the word and i the word wasn't underlined. I said to myslef: "it's not possible i have spelled this word properly, how come it's not underlined ?" And the i realised i was using IE7, so i quickly changed the browser, so it's all good now :)

Who is bloody cool now ?
Considering the fact i am done with that, i lost all my motivation to study. To give you an example i have another exam tommorow,. Do i care ? I think not :)

Although i found a site with 20 productive ways to use your free time, i can do lots of unproductive stuff all by myself ;)
I am messing with my PC instead.
I installed this dekstop environment called enlightment. It's really cool. It's got lots of eye candy ( i really like the rain effect and the dock, and the ability to see all active windows just by cliking middle mouse button. I adore all the transitions, the theming and the animated icons.. I just love it ) and it's pretty fast compared to gnome or KDE.
It's also in the middle a heavy development stage and hence bound to be unstable from time to time. In 2 days of heavy experimenting i had only something like 5 crashes. (almost feels like XP ;) )- a crash means you press F1, wait for 2 seconds and continue as if nothing has happened. The thing is the desktop environment crashes, not the programs, so you never lose any information.
I remember IE used to crash at least 1 to 2 times a day when using it back at XP.
Also i have tried installing the newest and greatest directly from CVS and compiling & hence get all the best and the least stable.
It's all good, i am loving it and it's very pretty.,

One thing i noticed is that Bittorent refuses to accept incoming connections although i have forwarded the IP on the router.Evil. Luckily i don't do much downloading these days ( or weeks or months ). It's sad but that's the way it is.
I know these guys who constantly download and burn movies on DVDs and now they have sth. like 400 DVDs give or take some.. They haven't seen even 10 percent of that mass.
What's the point of that ?

P.s. listening to lots of 30 seconds to Mars and Hinder these days.
P.p.s I realised i posted something in less than a week's time. This proves i have too much time ;)

Well, i have gotten a bit lazier than usual. I am anticipating the result from my biochem test for 3 days now, there are still none. Hate that. I hope i will manage to get something decent, regardless of my non-studious nature.

I have been in Amsterdam last week at some sort of a meeting about a research project i am participate in. It was very nice, i thought it would be more dull and boring or stresfull, however it turned out to be informative ( i got to learn some new stuff ), not too informative ( i could grasp the vast majority of the stuff they talked about) and relaxed. I had the time to explore a little bit of Amsterdam in the evenings ( i was there for 3 days ) with some other young people from all over Europe.
The organizers even took us to a Chinese restaurant, and they managed to run out of Heineken ( and all other Dutch beer as well ) so, i tried Chinese beer. So that was yet another international experience. Marvelous :)
I realized the Dutch and Norwegian are quite similar in the way neither of them care much about the weather. They just ignore everything, but the really heavy rain. If they wouldn't do that they would need to sew their umbrella onto their heads or something. It was raining allmost all the time i was there + there was more rain forecasted. And just when i managed to get home the low pressure zone ( read rain ) has just managed to reach Slovenia ( after something like 2 months with almost no rain . Isn't that lovely ?

The year is coming to an end, and so the exams are coming into the play. I feel reasonably confident but really need something to motivate myself. The subjects in general seem far less interesting than the ones in previous years. I guess i will managed to pull something good out of it. I always have, at least partially.

Attempt to make some proper plans for the summer. The problems is not many people around here are travelers. They just go to the seaside for a week and that's it. I would like that and also add a week or two going backpacking somewhere unknown, keep on moving and do not know what will happen during the day - i want something spontaneous and unpredictable.
Where to go, it's the ultimate question - oh and also - who should i go with ?I think 2-4 people is the best number of people to travel. Yet i can't really find anyone.

I lost my sunglasses two weeks ago. If you happen to see them somewhere do let me know ;)
